The oddest part is I have the main ATX Power supply hooked up to the Motherboard but when I hook the 12V (yellow n black) connector to the motherboard everthing goes dead. The one that makes the light blink is bad. It was the motherboard. I installed a new motherboard and nothing has happened. I purchased a new and more powerful power supply. After installation of the power cable, the lights are on, fans are running, but there is no signal to monitor. I have an HDMI card installed. So, I deduced that my Power Supply has failed. I got the same repaired 2-3 times, but every time, it stops working after 2-3 days.. So, now I purchased a new supply, but my computer is not powering up. I've checked the new supply by shorting its green & black wires & also checking the voltage levels, and it seems perfectly fine..

I have a hunch that this could be a ground out issue of which I will investigate tomorrow.
